Waleska, GA - In a tightly contested conference game on Wednesday night at Ken White Field, Reinhardt Men's Soccer secured a thrilling 4-3 victory over the Truett McConnell Bears. The Eagles pulled the upset over the currently third-ranked team in the AAC. Reinhardt sits in the eighth position in the AAC standings after the win that keeps them in AAC postseason play.
The match saw a dynamic first half by the Eagles, with Luke McLaren making a significant impact, scoring two early goals. Evan DeYou added to the scoreboard in the first half, which led the Eagles to a halftime lead of 3-2 over the Bears. DeYou's goal gave Reinhardt a two-goal cushion before Truett McConnell was able to get one back before the half. Weyman Mabuya not only provided an assist but also played a pivotal role in the outcome of the game with his penalty kick in the second period. McLaren was fouled late in the second half in the Bears' penalty area, giving Mabuya the chance to break the 3-3 tie!

After a series of intense plays and strategic execution, Mabuya's late penalty-kick goal clinched the win, marking a crucial victory in the Eagles' season.
