Stellar Stretch of Games Propels Loveless to AAC Player of the Week

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Emily Loveless was absolutely incredible for the 21st-ranked Eagles last week on the diamond, posting a .500 average (13-for-26) with 13 runs and 10 RBIs en route to the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Softball Player of the Week, the league office revealed on Monday.
The Rockmart, Ga., native also had five walks, three doubles, a triple, a pair of homers and a stolen base to earn the honor.

AAC Player of the Week
Emily Loveless - Fr. - Rockmart, Ga.
- Batted .500 (13-for-26) with 10 RBI and 13 runs scored in eight games last week as Reinhardt went 6-2.
- Went 4-for-4 with a double, two home runs, and seven RBIs in an 11-1 win over Columbia (S.C.).
- Stole a base and walked five times.
- This is her first weekly award this season.
