Eagles are Predicted to Finish 4th in AAC Preseason Poll

WALESKA, Ga. - Bryan is the favorite to win the 2022-23 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Basketball Championship, according to the AAC Coaches' Preseason Poll released Wednesday.
The women's basketball coaches of the AAC voted on the poll.
Bryan received 11 first-place votes to give it a total of 216 voting points. The Lady Lions posted a 32-2 overall record and went 24-0 conference mark to win the regular-season championship. Bryan advanced to the NAIA National Championship Tournament, going 2-1 to make it to the round of 16.
Milligan picked up one first-place vote and garnered 200 points to land second. Point earned two first-place votes and 192 points to come in third, while Reinhardt received the remaining first-place vote and 179 points to take fourth. The Lady Eagles won the 2022 AAC Tournament. Tennessee Wesleyan (164 points) rounds out the top five.
