Eagles Upset #14 Bryan on the Road 69-66 for AAC Win
Waleska, GA- The Reinhardt Eagle women's went on-the-road to face conference opponents and NAIA ranked #14, the Bryan College Lions. Both the Eagles and Lions continued to be back-and-forth and gave it all they had every minute of the game. The Reinhardt Eagles managed to upset the Lions 69-66. Both teams were tied at the half 29-29 and the eagles managed to take a 3 point lead heading into the 4th quarter. Reinhardt continued its momentum into the 4th and was hitting clutch shots to keep the lead all the way to the end. This win means the Reinhardt Eagles are starting off their AAC season strong having a 3-0 record, while Bryan gets handed their first AAC loss of the season.
Outstanding Performers:
- The Eagles had 3 different players in the double-digits tonight. Ashley Woodroffeled the Eagle offense with 17 points, following her was Julia Craft with 17 points and Avanna Preston had 10. Preston also added 4 assists and 2 steals.
- Tarrah Gibson managed to get her hands on 9 rebounds for the night.

- The next couple of games for the Reinhardt Eagles will be in the Leah Whitaker Memorial Classic at Marian University in Indiana. The first game of the classic will be on Friday, November 11th versus Marian at 8:00pm. The second game of the classic will be the following day on Saturday, November 12th versus Indiana Wesleyan at 6:00pm. Neither game will count towards Reinhardt's AAC record.
