Coming into the tournament, the Eagles were ranked #5 and were set to play #4 seed, Tennessee Wesleyan University. The game was so competitve, while Reinhardt and TWU kept exchanging leads constantly throughout the game. The largest lead was 5, which ultimately was deciding factor where TWU took down Reinhardt 65-60 to advance in the tournament. AAC First-Team All Conference Player, Ashley Woodroffe had a double-double and played a great game for her team, scoring 18 points and had 11 rebounds. Behind her was Summer Cramer with 16 points.
