Bio
McGhee returns to Reinhardt as the head coach of the women’s lacrosse program after a record-setting playing career with the Eagles from 2018 to 2022. A three-time NAIA All-American, she led the nation in assists during her senior season (65) and finished her career as Reinhardt’s all-time leader in goals (233), assists (159), ground balls (327), and draw controls (329). Her leadership helped guide the program to three straight NAIA National Tournament appearances.
A Georgia native and Sprayberry High School alum, McGhee brings nearly a decade of experience immersed in the sport. Beyond her time at Reinhardt, she has held coaching roles with Angels with Attitude Lacrosse, Harrison High School, and provided private training at Relentless Sports Academy in Holly Springs.
Now stepping into her first collegiate head coaching role, McGhee takes over the reins from longtime head coach Roy Reynolds, who announced his retirement in June.
“It’s an incredible honor to return to a program that shaped me as a player, and now as head coach,” McGhee said. “I’m beyond excited to lead this team and continue the legacy of excellence that defines Reinhardt women’s lacrosse.
