Dom Carroll is in his first year as Director of Sports Performance and Head Strength Coach at Reinhardt University. He is a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach with four years of experience, including three at the NCAA Division I FBS level. A graduate of Kennesaw State University, Dom Carroll holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching.

During a 3-year tenure at Georgia Tech (22'-24') as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, he played a key role in the development of student-athletes across the football and baseball programs. His contributions supported Georgia Tech Baseball in reaching two NCAA Tournament appearances and helped Football earn two FBS bowl game berths (23’ Gasparilla Bowl, & 24’ Birmingham Bowl) over that span. While working with Football and Baseball at Georgia Tech, he also gained experience working with a slew of teams, including Golf, Track and Field, Swim and Dive, and Softball. 

Known for his commitment to athlete performance, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development, Dom Carroll brings a results-driven approach grounded in science, discipline, and team Cohesion.
