Colden Earns Volleyball's First Weekly Award in 2018

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – After helping the Eagles to 15-consecutive wins after a weekend sweep over Tennessee Wesleyan and Bryan (Tenn.) – both on the road – Tessa Colden is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Volleyball Attacker of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the seventh edition of the weekly honors for the 2018 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Oct. 15.

Tessa Colden - Reinhardt - Jr. - Deland, Fla.
The seventh and final contest of a big road swing for Reinhardt comes tomorrow night at 6:30 p.m. against Point (Ga.).

AAC Attacker of the Week
Tessa Colden - Reinhardt - Jr. - Deland, Fla.
- Posted a .339 hitting percentage over just two matches.
- Averaged 3.71 kills per set.
- Recorded 26 kills with just seven errors in 56 total attacks on the week.
- Had 17 digs and a block on the week as well.
- Registered one double-double.
- This is her first weekly honor this season.
